Lewis joined the Wild Pictures team in November 2012, assuming responsibility for all aspects of the company’s technical logistics. He has a comprehensive knowledge of post-production, broadcast technology, workflows and project management.
He cut his teeth as a Camera Assistant on commercials and dramas before working on documentaries in Qatar, rural China and South America. He pioneered bespoke workflow solutions for 3D cinema projects including David Attenborough’s Kingdom of Plants, Galapagos 3D & National Geographic’s Pandas: The Journey Home.
Lewis’ talents extend from specialist cameras, whether covert, closed circuit, eye direct, infrared or fixed rig, to traditional camera operation and photography. He is responsible for Wilds’ rushes management and in-house Avid ingest, ensuring that every technical aspect of the production process is supported.
